The Marketing Communications Specialist analyzes marketing and promotional needs, and designs and implements marketing communications strategies that support organizational objectives. This role is a key player in driving fiber expansion in the Italian Industrial Areas and is responsible for launch marketing activity and activation in new AIA markets. This role works cross-functionally to launch and grow the company's fiber in new markets.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Owns go-to-market (GTM) strategy, planning introduction, launch, and execution of new fiber to the home (FTTH) markets.
  • Works with local ISP to understand competitive landscape and to identify local GTM opportunities.
  • Monitors ISP sales status and support penetration targets in alignment with ISP targets.
  • Drafts marketing communications to create awareness of fiber in AIA, including social media management, email campaigns, direct mail, promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing tactics.
  • Reviews and edits messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and effective.
  • Suggests ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience.
  • Drives, collects data on, and closely monitors the performance of specific communications or campaigns, including pre-registration sign ups and pre-drop conversions.
  • Collaborates with ISP marketing teams to implement GTM strategy.
  • Builds, tracks, and grows ISP sales funnel across all AIAs.
  • Optimizes fiber launch strategies and documents launch timelines and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing or project management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibility

The Accountant Specialist will be placed within the Finance Area and will be responsible for the following activities:

  • General accounting, cost accounting, and payroll;
  • Supporting the formulation of the company's interim and annual financial statements;
  • accounting closures for the period (monthly and annual);
  • Reconciliations of intercompany accounting entries;
  • Reconciliation of asset accounts;
  • fulfillments related to the regular maintenance of compulsory books as well as detection of the performance of tax and social security obligations;
  • Proper maintenance of chart of accounts and closing accounting calendars;
  • Participation in special projects involving the area of corporate finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree;

For our Network Operation Center we are looking for an operator with the following responsibilities :

  • Carry out the takeover of the newly installed equipment at each level of the network by following the "roll-out plan";
  • Execute the release of new services on the backbone network according to the defined templates and procedures;
  • Supervise the binding operations of individual end-customers in consultation with field staff and perform related service activation;

We are looking for a professional figure of "IT Support Specialist" to ensure the functioning of the IT infrastructure through the management and maintenance of workstations (PDL), networking (switch and firewall), peripherals and the IT platform of the systems that FibreConnet S.p.A. has equipped itself with (e.g. BPM, CRM/ERP as well as BSS/OSS) and the related hardware infrastructure, its monitoring through company tools and possible management through tickets. The candidate will oversee the installation and configuration of new systems and/or applications, plan and manage projects in IT that lead to improved system performance and data protection, draft functional procedures.

 

The main tasks
