Responsibility
- Develop DVR, DUVRI, PdE and safety procedures;
- Ensure adequate education and training of workers;
- Ensure regulatory compliance and prevent safety problems in the field;
- Ensure the availability and correctness of the PPE provided;
- Conduct inspections and audits of environments and personnel, and periodically coordinate such activities carried out on site;
- Coordinate and implement site health, safety and environmental policies. Will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements,
- Promptly report non-compliant or substandard situations that occur during the performance of their duties.
- Collaborate with the CSP/CSE;
- Conduct Site Audits/Inspections;
- Manage and control documents related to supplier qualification;
- Develop/update procedures, periodic reports.
Qualifications and Soft skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in technical scientific subjects, prevention techniques or equivalent pathways;
- Knowledge of Leg. 81/2008 et seq. and environmental regulations;
- Be in possession of the RSPP Qualification Course;
- Being in possession of the Construction Site Safety Coordinator course will be considered preferential;
- Will be considered to have attended MASTER or other type of specific course in HSE manager;
- Auditor ISO 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001
- Ability to analyze data and assess risk;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff and other stakeholders;
- Good knowledge of the Office package;
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience.
