Can you introduce yourself and tell us about NuBeTech?
A: My name is Francesco Lanza, and I am the Technical Leader of NuBeTech’s Innovation Hub. NuBeTech is a Microsoft software house and system integrator headquartered in Gorgonzola (MI). We manage over 300 Microsoft Business Central installations for Italian SMEs and mid-market companies, providing consulting, AL/ERP development, and managed services on Microsoft 365 and Azure. We are a Microsoft CSP/GDAP partner and act as an outsourced IT department for many of our customers.
What was your first reaction when you learned you could finally activate true fiber connectivity for your company? What expectations did it create?
A: Relief, more than excitement. When you manage cloud-first environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Business Central SaaS, connectivity is not optional—it is critical infrastructure. Knowing that we could rely on truly dedicated and symmetrical bandwidth removed a limitation that we had been feeling for a long time.

How will ultra-broadband concretely impact your daily activities and key processes? Which business areas do you consider it strategic for?
A: It will have a direct impact on three fronts: remote sessions on customers’ tenants (RDP, Admin Center, and Business Central deployments), data transfers to Azure and SharePoint, and operational video calls with distributed teams. For us, latency and stability are just as important as speed, since we work in real time on our customers’ production environments.
What differentiating elements did you find in the Comeser by FibreConnect solution compared to other market offerings?
A: The dedicated, symmetrical, and non-shared fiber connection is the key differentiator. Many providers market “ultra-broadband” services that are actually FTTC connections with variable performance. FibreConnect offered a genuine FTTO solution with clear SLAs. For an IT company delivering managed services, this makes a significant difference both operationally and contractually.

How would you describe your experience with Comeser by FibreConnect, both during the activation phase and in the ongoing management of the service?
A: The activation process was timely and supported by a knowledgeable technical contact, not just a sales representative. The ongoing service management has been transparent: when support is needed, you speak with people who truly understand the subject matter. For a company like ours, accustomed to working with structured vendors such as Microsoft, this level of professionalism is the minimum expectation, and it has been fully met.
What are NuBeTech’s next growth objectives? How can the collaboration with Comeser by FibreConnect concretely contribute to achieving them?
A: We are expanding our AI and machine learning services applied to the ERP and supply chain sectors, with architectures built on Azure and Copilot Studio. Increasing our cloud footprint means requiring more bandwidth, greater reliability, and less tolerance for downtime. Having a reliable connectivity partner is therefore crucial to achieving our growth objectives.
