Can you introduce yourself and tell us about Marchesi Grafiche?
My name is Stefano Marchesi, CEO of Marchesi Grafiche Editoriali SpA.
Marchesi Grafiche Editoriali is a company with over 100 years of experience and a leader in the world of communication and high-quality printing. We have always combined a passion for printing, creativity, and a strong focus on service to enhance every project and provide our clients with end-to-end support, from concept to worldwide distribution.
We mainly operate in two areas: HD Printing, with the production of premium printed materials such as invitations, facsimiles, packaging, and special projects; and CRM & Portals, offering solutions for clienteling programs, trade marketing, and e-procurement.

What was your first reaction when you learned you could finally activate true fiber connectivity for your company? What expectations did it create?
Our initial reaction was definitely one of great enthusiasm. For a company like Marchesi Grafiche, operating in international communication and managing complex processes across CRM systems, digital platforms, data management, and high-quality production, connectivity is a core infrastructure.
The arrival of true fiber raised very high expectations, especially in terms of speed, stability, and service reliability. These are essential elements for supporting both our internal operations and the level of service we provide to our clients.
We expect a tangible improvement in workflow efficiency, in the management of high-resolution files, and in the overall smoothness of all digital activities connected to our production and commercial processes.
How will ultra-broadband concretely impact your daily activities and key processes? Which business areas do you consider it strategic for?
Ultra-broadband will have a very concrete impact on our daily operations, enabling smoother, faster, and more reliable processes that are increasingly digital and data-driven.
From an operational perspective, we expect significant improvements in handling large files, in approval workflows and client exchanges, and in collaboration across teams. Activities related to portals and e-procurement platforms will also become more efficient and responsive, leading to time savings.
We consider it particularly strategic in three main areas: digital project and CRM management, high-definition production and prepress, and real-time communication with clients and partners. More powerful connectivity directly translates into greater efficiency, higher service quality, and stronger innovation capabilities.

What differentiating elements did you find in the Comeser by FibreConnect solution compared to other market offerings?
The key differentiators of the Comeser by FibreConnect solution lie in the overall quality and reliability of the offering.
We also appreciate the high level of service continuity and the attention to our specific needs. This is not just about connectivity: it is a solution genuinely designed around the company and its growth.
How would you describe your experience with Comeser by FibreConnect, both during activation and in the ongoing service management?
Our experience with Comeser by FibreConnect has been positive both during the activation phase and in the ongoing service management.
The activation process was handled in a structured and timely manner, with strong coordination and support. In day-to-day operations, we have experienced reliable service and responsive support—both essential to ensure the continuity of our digital and production processes.

What are the next growth objectives for Marchesi Grafiche? How can the collaboration with Comeser by FibreConnect support them?
Our next growth objectives are strongly focused on the international expansion of our CRM, e-procurement, and delighting programs.
An increasing number of our clients’ stores connect to our portals 24/7, operating across different time zones. This requires a highly performant and reliable digital platform. Every day, we produce on-demand personalized communications for end customers, manage integration with major couriers for direct store or home delivery, and handle the replenishment of both printed and non-printed materials for retail locations.
In this context, our collaboration with Comeser by FibreConnect is essential. It provides the connectivity and stability needed to support such distributed, complex, and time-critical processes. A high-performance network is a key enabler for our international growth and the evolution of our digital services.
