Alemasat powers up Fleet Management with Comeser by FibreConnect’s fiber infrastructure

20 March 2026 | Case History, News

Alemasat is a leading player in the field of satellite technology applied to mobility. Through advanced monitoring and security solutions, the company enables thousands of businesses to optimize fleet management and protect their assets. To support a constantly growing volume of data and ensure real-time services, Alemasat chose the reliability of Comeser by FibreConnect’s infrastructure.

We explored this collaboration further with Valeria Virgadavola, Marketing Director at Alemasat.

Could you introduce yourself and tell us about Alemasat?

A: I am Valeria Virgadavola, Marketing Director at Alemasat. Our company is a point of reference in the advanced technological services sector, specializing in Fleet Management solutions, satellite tracking, and IoT security.

The core of our business is providing companies with the tools to monitor and protect their assets in real time. Over the years, we have built a solid infrastructure to support professionals who require pinpoint precision and service continuity. Our approach combines Big Data analysis with a “tailor-made” focus on the customer; for us, staying ahead of technological evolution is not just a choice, but an operational necessity.

What was your first reaction when you learned you could finally activate “true fiber” for your company’s connectivity? What expectations were created at that moment?

A: My reaction was one of great enthusiasm and, I would say, strategic relief. For a company like Alemasat, which manages cloud platforms and servers for the constant monitoring of thousands of connected devices, connectivity is not a simple “accessory,” but the track upon which our entire operation runs.

We knew that switching to true fiber optics would represent a massive leap in quality for our digital infrastructure. Expectations were focused on three pillars: absolute stability, minimized latency, and high transmission speeds. It was clear that investing in fiber meant laying the groundwork to sustain our future growth.

How will ultra-broadband concretely impact daily activities and your company’s key processes? In which business areas do you consider it strategic?

A: Ultra-broadband directly affects our reactivity. Alemasat manages enormous volumes of data coming from GPS devices and IoT sensors; the speed of processing this information is vital to ensure timely alerts and accurate reporting for our clients.

It is a strategic resource, especially for managing our network infrastructures and real-time system monitoring. Furthermore, high-performance connectivity allows us to implement new services based on Artificial Intelligence and predictive maintenance with greater agility, raising the quality standards we offer the market. Last but not least, it facilitates agile working and seamless collaboration within our internal team.

What distinctive elements did you find in the solution proposed by Comeser by FibreConnect compared to other offers on the market?

A: What sets Comeser by FibreConnect apart is the verticality of their proposal: it is a solution truly designed for the business world. You often find “hybrid” offers on the market, but for Alemasat, it was fundamental to have a partner who understood the needs of a tech company.

We appreciated the transparency and the quality of the infrastructure, as well as the consultative approach. Beyond technical performance, the difference was made by their professionalism and competent support; knowing we have a partner who understands the criticality of our processes gives us extreme peace of mind.

How would you describe your experience with Comeser by FibreConnect, both during the activation phase and in the ongoing management of the service?

A: The experience has been extremely positive. The activation phase was what worried us most due to the possibility of downtime, but everything was handled with great fluidity and clear communication.

Even today, in daily management, we experience a level of reliability that almost allows us to “forget” about connectivity. This is the best compliment one can give to an operator: allowing us to focus exclusively on our core business.

What are Alemasat’s next growth objectives? How can the collaboration with Comeser by FibreConnect concretely contribute to achieving them?

A: Our goal is to consolidate our leadership in satellite monitoring and push further toward the integration of advanced digital services for Smart Mobility and Logistics 4.0.

In this expansion journey, Comeser by FibreConnect is the ideal infrastructural partner. A high-performance network is the baseline requirement for scaling our services and developing innovative projects that require increasingly wider and more secure bandwidth. Having an operator by our side that guarantees high standards allows us to look to the future with the certainty of having rock-solid digital foundations.
